....Ordering over the Internet....

Please read this before submitting a Credit Card order via email

Many people are concerned about sending personal and sensitive information over the Internet, particularly Credit Card details. At the moment, although there are several methods of ensuring secure transactions across the Internet, there is no universally-agreed method. Internet fraud undoubtedly happens but it's probably far less common than some people imagine. Credit Card fraud outside "cyberspace" is far more prevalent.

One method of transferring data requires the use of a "secure server". Demon is not a secure server and data transmitted via Demon does not have any encryption protection. Some browsers show the status of a secure page. In Netscape, for example, look in the lower left hand corner of the window and you'll see a broken key. If the service is secure, the key will be whole.

If you are at all concerned about sending information across the Internet, please phone or fax your order or email the order and phone or fax your credit card details.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for Credit Card information you send to us which is intercepted. As soon as we receive Credit Card information, it is immediately removed from the system - although your card will not be charged until the order is despatched.
